Project Overview

GoAll Fanz is a platform for predicting match results, allowing users to earn points based on their accuracy. Users can compete to get high ranks on the leaderboard, with top players becoming winners for the month, week, or season.

My Role

I was a Full Stack Developer, focusing on developing the dashboard and building the necessary APIs for the app.

Challenges

One major challenge was creating a ranking system for the leaderboard that accurately classified users based on points and handled ties. I also had to ensure the system performed well during busy times with many users predicting results at once.

Work Steps

1. Analyze Requirements: Collaborated with the team to understand the required features.
2. Develop Dashboard: Built the dashboard interfaces and connected them to the backend APIs.
3. Improve Performance: Conducted tests to enhance system performance and optimized database queries.
4. Monitor Performance: After launch, I monitored the system and made improvements based on performance data.
5. Fix Bugs: Addressed any issues found during testing and after launch.
